    We’re starting with Bali and Argentina (our home away from home!), but we plan to expand to other destinations soon. Stay tuned for more adventure spots!
  • How many people are on each trip?
    Our groups are typically 8-12 travelers, ensuring an intimate experience with plenty of time for personal exploration.
  • What type of accommodations do we stay in?
    We carefully select boutique hotels, cozy guesthouses, and unique stays that offer comfort, local charm, and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • What’s included in the trip price?
    Each trip varies, but in general, your package includes: ✅ Accommodations (private or shared options available) ✅ Some meals (typically breakfast + a few curated experiences) ✅ Group activities & excursions ✅ Local transportation during the trip ✅ A trip leader & curated itinerary Flights, extra meals, and personal expenses are typically not included. Full details are provided before booking.
  • How do I book a trip?
    Simple! Once we launch our first trip, you’ll be able to reserve your spot with a deposit. The remaining balance will be due before departure.
  • Is there a payment plan?
    Yes! We offer flexible installment plans so you can pay for your trip in manageable amounts.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand plans change! Our cancellation policy is outlined in the booking terms. Typically, deposits are non-refundable, but we do our best to accommodate changes.
  • Is there an age requirement?
    Gather & Go trips are designed for travelers who are social, adventurous, and excited to explore with a group. Our trips naturally attract a mix of solo travelers, young professionals, and experience-seekers looking for a curated, stress-free adventure.
  • Can I arrive early or stay longer?
    Absolutely! You’re welcome to extend your trip—just let us know, and we can offer recommendations.
  • Do I need a visa?
    Visa requirements vary by destination and nationality. We’ll provide guidance on entry requirements, but it’s your responsibility to obtain any necessary visas.
  • What about travel insurance?
    Travel insurance is required for all trips. This ensures you’re covered in case of unexpected cancellations, medical issues, or trip disruptions. We can recommend providers if needed.
  • Can I come solo?
    Yes! Most of our travelers come solo, and it’s a great way to meet like-minded people. We can pair you with a roommateif you prefer to share accommodations.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
